Caruso Construction provided preconstruction and construction services to update the Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale, Arizona. The project was a complete renovation to dining areas. It includes a new modernized bar area, new dining to accommodate 100 members and guests, and a new private wine/dining room.
Construction began in December 2015 and was completed August 2016.

Caruso Construction, as the construction manager, completed a new facility that houses a manufacturing line and waste water treatment for Ruger’s plant in Prescott, AZ. The project was delivered with minimal impact to operations. An existing waste water treatment facility was temporarily relocated by Caruso Construction prior to ground-breaking and then built into the new facility. A 60- ton vault was placed below grade with a network of floor drains and concrete curbing for fire-sprinkler containment. Sub-grade conditions required special preparation for the building’s foundations. Preconstruction services included design assistance, budgeting, scheduling, constructability analyses, value engineering, bid procurement, and contracting. Caruso Construction provides clients a guaranteed maximum price for the project and manages the construction through completion.

The Brook Lea Country Club renovation project included pro shop and office renovations, mechanical system upgrades, and electrical, fire suppression, and security system improvements.
The Red Brick school project involved the conversion of a school mothballed into an arts and recreation center. It included a complete modernization of the 24,000 square feet building, extensive asbestos abatement, complete re-roof and new mechanical systems. Total cost of the project was $6 million.
A new, $4 million, 17,000 square feet maintenance for the Aspen Streets Department. New structures emulate the existing historic brick and metal roof building and cohesively blend into the Castle Creek Valley. Due to the historic nature of the building, SHPO requirements had to be met.
This was a comprehensive renovation project to a historic building. The $5 million project involved total brick restoration, complete re-roof, and multiple interior renovations. A unique aspect of the project was expanding the basement for City Council quarters with retaining walls for sub-grade ingress/ egress. Due to the historic nature of the building, SHPO requirements had to be met.
Caruso Construction constructed three laboratories in a systems-critical facility with minimal impact to operations. Work included demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, finishes, and installation of a liquid nitrogen system. The projects were completed on time and within budget.

The Arizona Artists Guild in Phoenix was a new 5,500 square feet facility accommodating a meeting / banquet area for seminars, art demonstrations, workshops, art exhibits, and general meetings. The facility includes kitchen, classrooms, office space, restrooms, and warehouse.
Improvements included a reception area, conference rooms, offices and break area. Oak doors, casings and trims highlighted interior finishes. Caruso Construction coordinated all the activities of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors and successfully brought the project in on time.
Caruso Construction completed the new $465,000, 6,500 square feet vehicle maintenance facility for the Town of Queen Creek in 2009. The project involved the construction of a metal building to accommodate the town’s pick-up trucks and fire trucks. The structure includes nine high and low bay overhead doors.
Kitchen Renovation: This project was a complete remodel involving removal of the concrete floor and replacing all in-floor drain pipes for sinks and floor drains. Also included was the installation of washable suspended ceilings, stainless steel and ceramic tile wall coverings, and non-slip flooring. The project was completed in six phases without interruption to daily operations..
A 10,000 SF building was converted from a granite countertop manufacturing facility into a distribution center. Improvements included office additions with metal stud framing, drywall, doors, windows, floors, and ceilings, as well as roof framing, insulation, and electrical modifications throughout the facility.
Caruso Construction has performed multiple facility renovations including accommodations for a new plastic grinding processes.
Caruso Construction has been providing on-going improvements for this manufacturing facility. A 4,000 square feet addition was recently completed for manufacturing and office space. To date, Caruso Construction has performed $800,000 in various projects.
Caruso Construction provided extensive architectural concrete placement at the entry to the Anthropology building. The finish elevations were critical to alleviate the drainage issues being corrected by this new work.
Office & laboratory improvement project located in Technolab's home in Tempe, AZ. The build-out included a reception area, conference rooms, offices, processing labs, and break area. Caruso Construction coordinated all the activities of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical consultants and successfully completed this fast-track project on time.
Tatum Highlands Medical Associates Plaza Suite Five is the new home of Dr. Royal Anspach. Caruso Construction coordinated the design-build project and managed the activities of the architectural, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors. Caruso Construction successfully brought this fast-track project in on time. The build-out included a reception area, conference rooms, offices, exam rooms, processing labs, and break area.
Caruso Construction provided construction services for the new test sled – drop tower expansion. The project required upgrading the building to accommodate the installation of the systems. New concrete, structural foundations, and the architectural work were self- performed by Caruso Construction. The facility also needed new electrical distribution equipment, emergency power system, exhaust system, and process piping to support the process equipment.
Caruso Construction completed a commercial tenant office build-out for an optical retail business. Improvements included metal studs, drywall, doors, fixtures, paint, flooring, and electrical service
Caruso Construction worked with the owner to construct a dining establishment that would bring back to life the Sierra Bonita Ranch, which was founded in the late 1800’s, but with a modern twist. This ground up construction project was met with many challenges in trying to replicate the old southwest feel using today’s building standards. In the end, everyone agreed that the project was a huge success and the atmosphere fit perfectly with the outstanding southwestern menu it offers.

Caruso Construction provided construction management and construction services for the relocation of the Matheson Tri-Gas cylinder fill facility. The project required upgrading the building to meet H-6 classification to accommodate the installation of the cylinder fill systems. New concrete paving, structural tank foundations, and the architectural work were self-performed by Caruso Construction. The facility upgrades included new electrical distribution equipment, emergency power system, exhaust system, and process piping to support the fill station equipment.
Caruso Construction constructed additions for the Chandler Christian Community Center in 2012 and 2014. Office and classroom space was added and each project had budget constraints. Caruso Construction worked with the owner and architect to value engineer the project, facilitating the owner’s needs within budget.
Heraeus is a long-time client of Caruso Construction. Recently, they consolidated manufacturing and office operations from three facilities to one. Caruso Construction renovated offices, laboratories, restrooms, and manufacturing and security areas with minimal impact to operations. Self performed work included excavation, demolition, structural concrete, sidewalks, framing, drywall, doors & frames, ceilings, and finishes. Caruso Construction utilized a variety of quality subcontractors as well.
A highly technical renovation project, Caruso Construction constructed a data center, tape storage facility, and quality control facilities with critical redundant power and HVAC systems. ATCI hired Caruso Construction as design-builder to develop the design with its architects and engineers, provide budgeting, scheduling, constructability analyses, and value engineering, and to construct the project.

The Aspen Golf Club project involved planning and ownership-level management services for infrastructure and parking improvements, installation of cart paths, realignment of golf holes, and master planning for the new clubhouse.
The Brookwoods Country Club project included a new clubhouse and golf operations center with a kitchen, restaurant, banquet facilities, patio, member locker rooms, pro shop and offices.

Caruso Construction completed the renovation and reconfiguration of the tennis facilities including a new pro shop, members locker and toilet room facilities. Exterior work included a new members dining deck and tennis court observation deck.

Caruso Construction provided preconstruction and construction services to renovate Gainey Ranch Golf Clubhouse. The project included demolition, wall framing, raised floor structures, operable wall systems, ADA ramps, restaurant and bar service improvements, and finishes.

Caruso Construction completed renovations to the existing clubhouse, entry, hallway, kitchen, new main bar, and dining facility. Alterations included the health club facility and a new 1,100 SF splash pad at pool.
Emergency Care: This four-phase project included new emergency care rooms complete with new flooring, wall panel wainscot and suspended ceilings. The project was completed without interruption to the daily operations of the emergency room services.
Surgery Suite #5: The Surgery Suite received a complete face-lift with new custom stainless steel cabinetry, terrazzo flooring and the latest in medical technology for digital electronics.
Caruso Construction provided site development for an express car wash facility. The project included all on-site development, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and AFES.
The building components include two offices, accessible restrooms,
an equipment room, a vacuum enclosure and the wash tunnel.
Caruso Construction completed the renovating and reconfiguring the members bar and restaurant at the Anthem Ironwood Clubhouse.
