MULTIPLE FACILITIES UPGRADE

Caruso Construction, as  the construction manager, completed  a new facility that houses a manufacturing line and waste water treatment for Ruger’s plant in Prescott, AZ. The project was delivered with minimal impact to operations. An existing waste water treatment facility was temporarily relocated by Caruso Construction prior to ground-breaking and then built into the new facility. A 60- ton vault was placed  below grade with a network of floor drains and concrete curbing for fire-sprinkler containment. Sub-grade conditions required special preparation for the building’s foundations. Preconstruction services included design assistance, budgeting, scheduling, constructability analyses, value engineering, bid procurement, and contracting. Caruso Construction provides clients a guaranteed maximum price for the project and manages the construction through completion.
