Tim Phillips, PE, BG (Ret)   

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER

Tim leads program development and management for our clients. His experience includes  service as Brigadier General in the Army Corps of Engineers, Chief Engineer and General Manager for Maricopa County Flood Control District,  and Director of the Arizona Dept. of Emergency & Military Affairs / Ordnance Operations. He has also held adjunct faculty positions for Arizona State University and Grand Canyon University.

Brian Peru 

PROJECT MANAGER

Brian has extensive experience in a great variety of projects.  He directs operations for Caruso's finishes division of in-house drywall, painting, wall covering, and other services for commercial and residential projects of all sizes.

24 years of construction experence in the Arizona area.  Luis is a self-motivator that brings the team together with excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer relations.  


30+ years experience in a wide variety of trades makes Mike an efficient project superintendent.  From new-build to damage repair and remodeling Mike's skills supersede his eagerness to deliver uncompromised work within a timely manner.

Michelle Adson 

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Michelle provides coordinating services for our finishes division. She has great experience in customer service, budgeting, procurement, and A/P & A/R.

Toni Brown

Toni has over 25 years experience in the construction industry here in  the Valley of the Sun, including contract administration, client service, and project support. She helps keep the wheels turning on a variety of projects.

Jim Rike

40+ years in educational, commercial, and residential construction up to $200 million. Owner of a commercial and residential construction company for two decades. Extensive experience in all phases of construction.



Ervin completed a job corp. certification for painting and has been in the field for 27 years.  For 14 years he has been in the painter's union and has led large scale painting projects as super-intendent.

VP of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

A proven leader in business development best practices and a variety of project delivery methods in public and private markets for over two decades. Provides executive-level coordination to assure projects are delivered as promised to our valued clients.

Bruce Miller 

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Proactive Superintendent experienced in managing a variety of construction teams and projects. Successful in creating effective communication between personnel, subcontractors, and clients. He is skilled at scheduling and managing tight deadlines. Bruce possesses an innate ability to lead all phases of complex construction projects.
